Thank you for supporting my handmade leather craft! Each belt is crafted with care and attention to detail. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review my return and exchange terms below:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition, with tags/packaging
- Free of scratches, stains, or signs of wear
- Custom-made or personalized belts (e.g., with initials, custom sizes, or special designs).
- Sale or discounted items.
- Contact me via Facebook Messenger within the return window.
- Provide your order details and reason for return/exchange.
- Once approved, ship the item back at your expense.
- After inspection, I will (i) issue an exchange, or (ii) provide a refund (excluding original shipping costs).
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If your belt arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and I will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- Custom or personalized belts cannot be returned.
- Refunds exclude shipping costs and are issued within 7–10 business days.
- Damaged or defective items will be replaced free of charge.
